Leadership Training Centre – Nepal
Million Leaders Mandate is a global initiative launched in 2003 by The John Maxwell Ministries for the purpose of training at least one million Biblical servant-leaders around the world. By the end of 2006 over a million leaders were involved in the leadership development process. That number would eventually exceed six million. SEAL is grateful for the partnership with Equip Ministries for the purpose of advancing national leadership all throughout Southeast Asia.
In 2016, SEAL Network began praying with our Nepal leaders to begin the establishment of a training centre whereby we can train local leaders through a one-year certificate program. The need was evident and the students were eager. After careful consideration, much prayer, and intentional planning, we are excited to launch our training of future leaders that will carry the Gospel into the Himalayan region and beyond.
